Using BidFound

These Terms of Use apply to the BidFound website, subscriptions, complimentary access, company profiles, opportunity feeds and email alerts operated by Growcase AB, a company registered in Sweden. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use BidFound for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

Subscriptions and beta access

BidFound offers one paid plan with monthly or annual billing. The monthly option is USD 39 per month and the annual option is USD 390 per year. Both options include a 14-day free trial and require payment details when the paid trial begins.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected option automatically converts to either a USD 39 monthly subscription or a USD 390 annual subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until canceled.

Selected private-beta testers may receive complimentary or extended access while we test reliability and match quality. Complimentary beta access is separate from the paid plan, does not start a subscription, may have different limits and may be changed, paused or withdrawn.

Features, opportunity coverage, match logic, pricing and availability may change. Changes to an active paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and Paddle's checkout and billing notices.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for paid BidFound subscriptions and processes checkout, recurring billing, applicable taxes, receipts and billing management. Prices displayed before checkout are exclusive or inclusive of tax as indicated during checkout.

You may cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal or by contacting us. Cancel during the 14-day trial to avoid the first monthly or annual charge. After a trial converts, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current monthly or annual paid billing period and access normally continues until that date.

Refund requests for monthly charges, annual charges or renewal charges must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction date and are handled by Paddle under its refund policy. Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a refund. Read the Refund Policy for details.

Not a government service

Government notices and procurement documents remain the authoritative source. BidFound does not alter, replace or extend any official deadline, requirement or instruction.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate company-profile information and keep it current.
• Verify every opportunity, requirement, attachment, amendment, deadline, location and eligibility condition in the original government notice.
• Obtain any legal, procurement, tax, licensing, insurance or professional advice your company needs.
• Keep private profile links and access tokens confidential.
• Use BidFound only for lawful business purposes.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to investigate, pursue or submit a response to an opportunity.

Email alerts and preferences

Email delivery depends on your saved preferences, current matches, service availability and third-party email systems. Delivery may be delayed, filtered or fail. BidFound does not guarantee that every notice or amendment will appear in your feed or inbox.

You can pause or resume delivery from your private profile. You may also contact support to change your email preferences.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s profile, token, data or systems.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape at abusive rates or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Use BidFound to misrepresent eligibility, government affiliation or procurement status.
• Upload unlawful, harmful or misleading information.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its generated content as a competing database without written permission.

Intellectual property

Government source material remains subject to the rights and terms applicable to that material. Growcase AB owns BidFound’s software, branding, interface, match logic, original summaries and other original service content, subject to applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use BidFound internally for your company while your access is active.

Disclaimers

BidFound is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

BidFound does not guarantee eligibility, bid quality, award probability, contract value, revenue, savings or any procurement outcome. AI-assisted summaries, classifications and explanations can be incorrect or incomplete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growcase AB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, missed deadlines, bid costs or decisions made using BidFound.

Our aggregate liability relating to BidFound will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the previous three months or USD 100, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using BidFound or cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment, legal, operational or product reasons. After access ends, private links may stop working and data may be deleted subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you are not excluded.
