Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Growcase AB, a company registered in Sweden, handles personal data when you use BidFound, receive complimentary access or purchase a subscription.
Who controls your data
BidFound is operated by Growcase AB, a company registered in Sweden. Growcase AB is the controller of personal data collected through BidFound unless another notice says otherwise.

Information we collect
Information you provide
- Work email address and business type if you joined an early-access list.
- Company name, work email, website, service areas, services, exclusions, certifications, opportunity-stage preferences, contract preferences and email-delivery settings when you create a company profile.
- Messages and information you send to support or through product feedback.
- Billing contact, company, address and tax information you provide during checkout. Paddle processes payment-card details, and BidFound does not store complete card numbers.
Information generated through the service
- Private profile access tokens, personalized match results, email-delivery history, delivery status and preference changes.
- Paddle customer, transaction and subscription identifiers, plan, billing status, renewal date and invoice history needed to manage paid access.
- Operational logs, security events, approximate device and browser information and request metadata needed to run and protect the service.
Government opportunity data
BidFound processes public procurement information from government sources such as SAM.gov. This information is generally not collected from you.
How we use information
- Provide company profiles, personalized matches, requested email digests and any complimentary access.
- Verify early-access signups and prevent abuse, fraud and automated submissions.
- Operate, debug, secure and improve BidFound.
- Understand service usage and match-quality feedback.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
- Process subscriptions, synchronize paid access, issue receipts or refunds, prevent fraud and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Depending on the context, our legal bases may include performing a service you requested, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing BidFound and compliance with legal obligations.
Email delivery and preferences
We send verification emails if you join an early-access list and requested opportunity digests and essential service emails when you create a BidFound profile. You can choose daily or weekly delivery, pause delivery from your profile or ask us to unsubscribe you.
Pausing delivery keeps your profile and private matches but stops automated and manual test emails until you resume. We keep suppression and preference records when needed to respect an opt-out.
Service providers and international transfers
We use service providers to operate BidFound. They process data only for the services they provide to us and under their own contractual and security terms.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, Workers, database storage, security verification and AI-assisted processing.
- Resend for transactional and requested email delivery.
- Paddle as merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, subscription billing, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, refunds and the customer billing portal.
- Government sources such as SAM.gov when you follow an original-notice link.
Some providers may process information outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on applicable transfer safeguards.
Local storage, cookies and security
BidFound uses browser local storage to remember a private profile token and your selected monthly or annual billing option on your device. The token lets you return to your profile and matches. Anyone with access to that token may be able to open the private profile, so do not share private profile URLs.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary browser data or cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from abusive traffic. We do not currently use advertising cookies on BidFound.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve BidFound, maintain security, honor email preferences, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Beta profiles and waitlist records may be removed or anonymized when they are no longer needed or after a valid deletion request, subject to records we must retain.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, receive a portable copy or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

Changes and contact
We may update this policy as BidFound develops. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
