Independent product

BidFound is not a government agency and is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the US General Services Administration or any contracting authority.

BidFound is operated by Growcase AB, a company registered in Sweden, and provides independent software for finding, filtering and explaining public procurement opportunities.

Government data

Opportunity information originates from government sources, initially SAM.gov. Government systems may contain errors, omissions, delays, amendments or inconsistent fields. BidFound may not receive or display every notice, attachment, update or cancellation immediately.

The original government notice and its attachments are always the authoritative source. A BidFound page or email does not replace the official procurement record.

AI-assisted analysis

BidFound uses automated rules and AI-assisted processing to classify notices, create summaries, identify possible scope issues and explain profile fit. These outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or overly confident.

Labels such as “Strong profile fit,” “Janitorial relevance,” profile-fit scores, summaries and match reasons describe BidFound’s analysis. They are not official government fields and do not predict whether your company will win.

Open Bids and Early Intelligence

Open Bid means BidFound believes the notice is currently accepting a formal response such as a quote, proposal or bid.

Early Intelligence includes market-research notices such as Sources Sought or Requests for Information. These can help companies prepare or express capability, but they are not necessarily active solicitations.

Always confirm the notice type and response instructions in the original source.

Eligibility and blockers

BidFound may highlight set-asides, certifications, licensing, insurance, experience, equipment, geographic and scope requirements. A missing warning does not mean a requirement is absent, and a positive match does not establish eligibility.

Your company must independently verify registrations, representations, certifications, licenses, insurance, past performance and all other requirements.

Dates, values and estimates

Deadlines can change through amendments or agency action. Relative dates such as “closes in five days” depend on the current time and may not reflect the buyer’s timezone.

Contract values, durations or workload estimates may be absent or inferred. BidFound will try to label estimates, but you must not treat them as official unless the original notice states them.

No procurement outcome guarantee

BidFound does not provide legal advice, procurement advice or a guarantee of eligibility, responsiveness, award or revenue. It does not prepare, review or submit bids unless a separate future service explicitly says so.

The central purpose of BidFound is to help you decide what deserves further investigation. The decision to pursue an opportunity remains yours.

Report an issue

If a BidFound opportunity appears expired, incorrect, misleading or linked to the wrong source, contact info@growcase.com. Include the notice title or ID and the relevant BidFound link.
